Bell's Winter White Ale

Bell's Winter White Ale was light gold with a small white head. The aroma was crisp with orange, wheat, coriander, and clove. The flavor reminded me of a less banana flavored hefeweizen. The flavors were orange, wheat, spice, and yeast. This beer was okay but just didn't do it for me. I generally don't dislike Witbiers, but I rarely get excited by them. This was probably my least favorite beer I tried the last time I was in the U.S.

Overall: 6/10

About averageguysguidetobeer

Hi, I'm Colin, I love a good hoppy IPA, but I can find immense enjoyment in a solid session beer, imperial stout, quadrupel or a nostalgic beer from my past.
