It is hard to not get excited for a Polish American IPA. It poured an orangish caramel color with a small white head and lots of floating yeasty bits. Pine, citrus, red fruit and caramel made for a great balanced IPA aroma. The flavor was pine, citrus, caramel and red fruit. It was quite bitter but still balanced by the malt flavor. The body and carbonation were both medium. I found this beer to be very impressive, and I think I liked it just a little more than the Molly IPA.
Overall: 9/10
