Doctor Brew Molly IPA

Molly from Doctor Brew was a clear golden yellow with a small white head that vanished quickly. Grapefruit, citrus rind and pine made for a robust aroma. This beer had a light body and light carbonation. The flavor was very hoppy with pine, grapefruit, rind and a distinct lack of malt. This was an intense IPA and one of the better I've had while in Europe.

Overall: 9/10

Hi, I'm Colin, I love a good hoppy IPA, but I can find immense enjoyment in a solid session beer, imperial stout, quadrupel or a nostalgic beer from my past.
