I was pretty excited to try this beer when I spotted it on the board. I was tired from my flight but not tired enough to deny myself this wonderful beverage. It was conjured a fine black color with a tan head. Smells of citrus, pine and chocolate were plentiful. Smooth prickly carbonation combined with a medium body made for pleasant drinking. The flavor was a delightful combination of citrus, chocolate, coffee and roast. There might have been magic in the air, because I was completely enamored with this beer. I wanted to savor it, but my will was weak. I wish every beer was this good.
