Köstritzer Kellerbier

Sometimes I like Kellerbier, and since I have found Köstritzer to be a pretty good brewery, I figured I should try their version. It was clear medium brown with a white head. The aroma was bread, grain, cereal, yeast, and hay. The flavor was like a liquid version of the aroma with more bread, grain, cereal, grass, hay, and water. This Kellerbier tasted every bit like beer, and it was what I would best describe as very German.

Overall: 5/10

Hi, I'm Colin, I love a good hoppy IPA, but I can find immense enjoyment in a solid session beer, imperial stout, quadrupel or a nostalgic beer from my past.
