I decided to start off my New Year's Eve celebration with Grimbergen Blonde. It appeared a lighter shade of brown with some yellow and orange. The head was medium in size and white. I could smell cereal, pear, apple, hay, and grass. The carbonation was prickly and plentiful. The flavor was full of grain and cereal combined with some apple and a sweet finish. I liked this beer, and it got me more into the mood to celebrate.
