Einbecker Weihnachtsbier

A copper Christmas beer with white head that didn't last long is what I had. There were caramel malts and light floral spice. The taste had caramel, malt, and a spice that sort of reminded me of gingerbread. The main detraction from the beer was that it was a little too syrupy. Overall it was okay but left much to be desired. My favorite thing about the beer was the bottle which isn't a good sign.

Overall: 6/10

Hi, I'm Colin, I love a good hoppy IPA, but I can find immense enjoyment in a solid session beer, imperial stout, quadrupel or a nostalgic beer from my past.
