This beer came out looking every bit like the hefeweizen that it is with a enormous head and a dark orangish brown body. I could smell wheat but also grassy and floral hops and a little bit of hay. The taste followed the smell and it had the traditional hefeweizen wheat and coriander taste but also prominent hops flavors of citrus, grass, and hay. This is a very solid beer but I prefer a more traditional hefeweizen flavor.
