Passarola IPA

Passarola IPA poured orange with  nice white head. The aroma was great with lots of citrus and grapefruit, and I felt it smelled very much like an American IPA. It was very bitter and had a medium body. The flavor was heavy on the citrus and also had some pine. Portugal is definitely not a beer country, but this is a fairly impressive IPA.

Overall: 8/10

Hi, I'm Colin, I love a good hoppy IPA, but I can find immense enjoyment in a solid session beer, imperial stout, quadrupel or a nostalgic beer from my past.
