Thornbridge Wild Raven

Wild Raven flew into my glass black with a light tan head. I found the aroma faint overall, but I could smell chocolate, citrus, floral, and pine notes. A sip revealed a bitter to smooth to bitter finish which was an enjoyable transition. Roasted malts, chocolate, earthy floral hops, and pine made for a tasty and complex flavor. This beer was really great.

Overall: 9/10

Hi, I'm Colin, I love a good hoppy IPA, but I can find immense enjoyment in a solid session beer, imperial stout, quadrupel or a nostalgic beer from my past.
