Jacobsen Saaz Blonde

It isn't everyday when you see a Danish brewer make a Belgian and Czech beer hybrid. Saaz Blonde was a beautiful gold brown with a reddish tint to its white head. I found the aroma comprised of yeast, flowers, and apple. The same yeast, flower, and apple were present in the flavor as well as some pear. This beer was pleasant but unremarkable.

Overall: 6/10

About averageguysguidetobeer

Hi, I'm Colin, I love a good hoppy IPA, but I can find immense enjoyment in a solid session beer, imperial stout, quadrupel or a nostalgic beer from my past.
