On my second trip to Beer Time I wanted to try and pair a more drinkable beer with my souvlaki. The Fresh Chios Beer was a clear light brown with a small white head. I could smell herbs and cereal. The flavor was light and sweet and reminded me of a pilsner. I found this beer drinkable but not very exciting. It was very basic in flavor, so it paired okay with the souvlaki, but I definitely wouldn't drink it again.
